In the event that you are unhappy with any part of your Meal Box, or a specific food item, you can reach out to us at support@mylaporeexpress.com or call Customer Care at (925) 238-3736. Please do so within 24 hours of the date you received the unsatisfactory item. If related to ingredients or condition of a Meal box, we, at our sole discretion, may give you credit for the individual ingredient or food item, and in some situations, issue a partial or full refund for the ingredient or the Meal Box. We reserve the right, however, to require either the return of the unsatisfactory ingredient or Meal box or food item, or a photograph of such, before any partial/full refund or credit will be issued. Any future release, update or other addition to the Offerings shall be subject to this Agreement. Mylapore Express, its suppliers, and its service providers reserve all rights not granted in this Agreement.
